The Terry for Congress campaign has launched a new 30-second ad that frames the debate in the final week of the race: a vote for Tom White is a vote for Nancy Pelosi’s policies, past and future.
“The race is really pretty simple—a new direction or more of the same with Nancy Pelosi and her team. Lee Terry opposed the failed stimulus plan and the government takeover of healthcare—two trillion dollars in new spending and debt. Tom White supports Pelosi on both initiatives and would continue to take our country in the wrong direction,” said David Boomer, Terry’s campaign manager.
Here is the text of the ad:
(Narrator) Nancy Pelosi and Tom White believe bigger government is the answer. White supported Pelosi’s 800 billion dollar stimulus plan. Unemployment goes up. Debt goes up. And China gets two billion dollars to build windmills.
White supported Obamacare, which raises taxes, increase costs and reduces care.
Their ideas failed. Don’t let them make it worse. Vote no to Nancy Pelosi and Tom White.
